Its a lock / unlock utility for devices like HTC Touch Pro / Diamond. Its got a bit of a learning curve than the other lock application. It uses 2 application a client that runs on your phone and a server which runs on your PC (both Windows and Linux). It includes both right and left click buttons and a scroll wheel, and to prevent accidental movements only transmits movement when you touch the screen.
